Some things I cooked and ate while at home over winter break...

Coming home always means indulging in my favorite treats, getting creative in the kitchen, and enjoying the classic recipes that I miss when I’m away in college!

What I made:

Thanksgiving Appetizer Spread

My assignment to contribute to our family party this year: delish charcuterie board, pea pesto crostinis, apple cider spritz!

Healthy Apple Crumble

Inspired by TVF’s recipe on Instagram, I have made this so many times and it never fails!

Salmon with orange salsa verde and dad’s mustard roasted crispy potatoes

I have been making this orange salsa topping on salmon for years, inspired by Giada’s recipe. Always a winner!

French almond cake with lemon zest

When I tell you this barely lasted two days in my house…. incredible!

Pasta Limone with peas, parsley, pecorino Romano.

Shaved Fennel Salad. & my famous homemade focaccia.

I love cooking din for my family. Also you guys… I got my dad a mandoline slicer for Christmas and it is amazing!!!!

Grandma GeGe’s Buche de Noel avec mousse au chocolat

Elle prépare les meilleurs desserts!

Lake Tahoe Ski getaway

Loved the DIY hot cocoa bar at the Hyatt Regency Incline Village. Other Lake Tahoe favorites include brunch at Tunnel Creek Cafe, dinner at Austin’s, and ordering Belgian waffles “le Waf” apres-ski at Northstar.
